Payment Terms
• Full payment is required before any tiles are ordered or released for collection/delivery.
• Payment is due in full as per the invoice. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received and cleared.
• Ownership of goods remains with BeauTile Showroom until payment is received in full.
2. Delivery and Risk
• Risk in the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery or collection, whichever occurs first.
• BeauTile Showroom accepts no liability for loss or damage after delivery.
• Delivery dates are estimates only and may be affected by supplier availability or transport delays.
3. Inspection and Claims
• The buyer must inspect all goods upon delivery or collection.
• Any claims for damage, shortages, or incorrect goods must be made in within 24 hours of receipt.
• No claims will be accepted after the goods have been installed.
4. Returns and Cancellations
• If you wish to return your order in full, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of reciept.
• The goods must be returned unused and in its original packaging within 7 days of cancellation. You will be responsible for paying the cost of transporting the goods back to us. A 20% restocking fee will apply.
• Special orders and non-stock items are non-returnable and non-refundable once ordered. Due to the nature of the product, all adhesives and grouts are also non-returnable.
5. Tile Variations
• Tiles are subject to natural variations in color, tone, texture, and size.
• Shade or batch differences are inherent characteristics of ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tiles.
• BeauTile Showroom cannot guarantee exact color or pattern matching between samples and supplied tiles.
• All images (in both print and on the internet) advertising, and specifications are for the purposes of providing an approximate illustrations of the goods and their accuracy cannot be guaranteed.
6. Installation Disclaimer
• Installation constitutes acceptance of the goods.
• BeauTile Showroom is not responsible for installation, grouting, or maintenance unless otherwise stated in writing.
7. Liability
• BeauTile Showroom’s liability is limited to the replacement of defective goods or a refund of the invoiced amount.
• We accept no liability for consequential or indirect losses, including labor, project delays, or associated costs.
8. Force Majeure
• BeauTile is not liable for any delay or failure to supply due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters,
supplier shortages, or transport issues.
